"Direct, honest, and fair. I brought my truck to Rick’s after getting an unreasonable $8,800 estimate elsewhere. Rick’s gave me a straight answer, quoted me under $3,000 for a complete replacement with brand-new parts, and got the job done right without trying to push unnecessary markups or inflated labor.
On top of that, when I paid, they mentioned they don't charge customers an extra fee for using a credit card because they feel it's unfair to the customer—which says everything you need to know about how they run their business.
No gimmicks, no fluff—just real mechanics doing solid work for a fair price. If you want a shop that actually respects your time and money, Rick's is the place to go."
