"Visited Rick's on the advice of another mechanic for an AC problem with my 2009 Tacoma. Dropped by at 3:30pm and they were booked for the rest of the day. The gentleman at the counter, Matt, suggested I come back the next day at 8am. I told him I was unable to do so due to a previous commitment and that we were driving back to Idaho right after that commitment. He said hang on a second. He disappeared and came back and asked for my keys and said, "we will fit you in somehow". They did and the AC now works like new. Great crew, great attitudes, great service. Will recommend them to everyone I know in Utah. And a big shout out to Matt for a great dinner recommendation as well!"
