"I had an excellent experience with Rick's Muffler recently when my vehicle needed catalytic converters replaced. Matt was very generous with his time answering questions when they were clearly quite busy, and I couldn't have been more appreciative of that.__Detailed explanations about the job and unforeseen issues that could arise were another huge point of gratitude for me, as I wanted to budget as close to the mark as possible. I felt the bid for the work and parts were fair, if not under what others had quoted me, which is always a plus. I also greatly appreciate being scheduled to come back after a week or so of driving my vehicle to make sure that everything was on the up and up.__I would certainly recommend Matt and the crew at Rick's to others; thanks again for taking care, alleviating concerns, and answering questions; very happy customer!"

"Jesse built a custom exhaust and when I upgraded he added an O2 sensor bung to my pipe. Great team there and as busy as they are they are able to get me in and out quickly. These guys are so good other exhaust shops recommend them."
