"These guys are amazing. I was referred to other shops, but was not very impressed. When I found Ricks Muffler I was treated better than the other shops. They are also crazy cheap. Cheapest place I found, but quality work work. My exhaust looks and sounds so good! Greatly appreciate these guys and their work. Matt was an awesome guy to work with.thank you Ricks Muffler!"

"There's a reason these guys have perfect scores -- it's because they do a good, fast job and don't yank your chain on anything.__I had a small muffler job to do, and I knew my breaks were acting up even though I'd just had 'em done. They gave me a good quote over the phone and then let me compare offers. I came in with a lower one and they said they'd lower it but maintain their best parts and the other guys said they couldn't do that (I reviewed the parts myself online and it was legit).__So I bring in my car, they do an inspection for free, and indicated that one of my calipers has gone bad which destroyed my brakes. While I was there, they let me compare prices with others and said they'd match anything. They didn't have to. Their offer was the best. They did the work pretty quick, took my son and I home, were increidlby friendly, and several months later my car with over 255K miles on it drives silently and smoothly. Seriously impressed. These guys and Larsen Auto on 6th south in Provo are the best in Utah County."

"I called to get a price on a rear exhaust hanger to a 2001 saturn SC2 and Rick answered the phone. Right from the start of the conversation I was pleasantly impressed and he took a minute to get me a price and it was $45. Seemed reasonable so I asked if it was best to make an appointment and he said yes so I wouldn't have to wait around. He called me back in 5 minutes and told me that the part wasn't in his stock and that he'd check with suppliers and call me back. So in 5 minutes he called me and told me that he could get the part but it was going to be $52. I arrived at the appointment time and got right in and 20 minutes later my car was ready and the total price with tax came to $51.37. It has been a long time since I've had that kind of service for car repair."
