"I’ve been to ricks multiple times and I’ve never been upset with their service. Today I brought in my Infiniti QX56 for an exhaust repair. I did not have an appointment, but they were able to get me in right when I walked in the door. I know this is not normally the case, and I was just lucky. They were able to get me taken care of within 30 minutes or so and I was driving away in my repaired vehicle. Very pleased with their service."

"I've been bringing my vehicles here for several years, and I realized today how glad I am do be able to do so. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and, unlike some car places, the atmosphere at Rick's is not abrasive or inappropriate, and I feel comfortable bringing my kids with me. The staff is pleasant to talk to and never makes me feel rushed. I appreciate them explaining things and educating me when needed about my vehicle. I am thankful to have found a shop that I can trust and have confidence in their work!! Their pricing is reasonable, and it's definitely worth driving a little further to bring my cars here."

"Matt was our point of contact based upon a local referral. In order to reassure us of having our Jeep towed from Ogden, which was expensive, Matt had his mechanic, Wess, reach out to us beforehand. He offered all of the possible scenarios based on our recent troubleshooting. This was much appreciated because we needed to be sure the shop was a good fit just in case we needed the engine to be rebuilt. Wess's expertise convinced us this was the right move and they could handle the repairs. Throughout the process, Matt kept us notified of their diagnosis and progress on a daily basis. They had the Jeep ready to go in 5 days, unlike our local dealership who was running two weeks out. THE PRICE, SERVICE AND CARE was awesome! We highly recommend this business based on their attention, work ethic and professionalism."
