"Five stars! A Customer Service! The guys at Ricks Muffler are phenomenal. I had Jesse and his team do a cat back exhaust system on my Chevy Silverado. My truck sounds amazing now. Their work is top notch and absolute perfection. If you need any exhaust work or mechanical work, do not hesitate to take your vehicle here."

"My mechanic said my cat was out take it to muffler shop to be replaced. Called this shop. They quoted me $1,400 fair price. Based on my research looking up the prices of new CATs online. Glad I took it here. They checked the sensors couldn’t find anything wrong. Even fixes my air box they noticed wasn’t connect right. So glad they took they time to independently verify the problem before charging me over thousand dollars. Told me I didn’t have to pay anything and if the CAT does actually go out to come back. This shop wins on a accounts of competency and honesty."

"I called for an appointment and they were able to schedule me the very next day at 8am, and they were right on time. I ended up needing more parts and service than discussed and they made sure to approve it with me first. Great service!"
