"Although didn't get any service performed while purchasing converter over counter believe is a great shop to get work done. The time was in the spacious office notice the service writer was honest and professional. The trip into shop to get converter brought to my attention the kind of quality work and professional service a customer would receive. The statement is opinion of a view as a automotive technician being in another shop. Anyone seeking service should have no problem getting great and honest work done. Thank you to those whom helped get the job needed done."

"After a horrible experience at another shop Jesse at Rick's Muffler was able to repair the exhaust system that was damaged by the other shop._Jesse not only repaired what was wrong but went above and beyond to setup the exhaust how I wanted it originally."

"Jess, was incredibly informative, helpful, and professional. I am so happy with how much truck runs after the quality work these boys put into my truck.
