"We have had Rick's Muffler do several repairs for us. They were originally recommended to us by a good friend. We have had some good experiences with them but today they just went way above and beyond. We had them do a brake change and when the car came away the AC wasn't working. Could have just been a coincidence and unlucky timing but they didn't charge us for fixing the AC. Also they stayed late on a Friday to finish the repair because they new we were hoping to take the car out of town. Really exceptional. We are new to town and this is the only pace we'll be taking our cars."

"Amazing service! One of my friends recommended Rick’s to me, so I decided to give them a try. When I got there, I saw one of my another one of my buddies there (who is really particular with his hot rods and other cars) as soon as I saw that I knew this is where I should go. Fantastic work! They worked quickly and efficiently! 1000000% recommend and I will be back again one day!"

"A couple of dealers wanted around $2700.00 to replace our catalytic converter and it was going to take them 5 days to get the part in for our 2006 minivan. Ricks did it the same day for $439.00 tax and all included. I made the appointment for a couple hours out so I could drive to Orem from Salt Lake. They got me in right on time and finished within the hour they said it would take. They did use an after-market brand, Magnaflow, which they know to be compatible and they gave a 2 year warranty parts and labor which is better than what the dealer would have offered. The minivan has power again like it was when new. Our old unit was %80 blocked which was causing a few problems with gas mileage as well as the power the engine could put out. I'm glad a friend recommended them and I will be recommending them to others as well. Thanks."
