"Was bummed out when I noticed a hole in my muffler, I called multiple shops trying to get a quote or an appointment to get this fixed and no one was able too give me a time frame, price or availability. Called these guys and they got me an appt the next morning. Long story short they replaced my muffler and another piece that was cracked for way less than we were expecting and in under 30 mins. Great experience. Would highly recommend."

"Rick's auto was extremely fair and honest with me. They looked at the problem and didn't try and upsell just fix the issue as cheaply as possible. They got me right in too!!! They fixed my muffler the same day!!!"

"Rick’s Mufflers are simply the best. They care about their customers. I took my expedition there to have the catalytic converter replaced. They could have taken my money, but they told me Ford should replace it for free because it’s under the 8 year/80,000 mile emissions warranty still.
Ford service sent me Rick’s Mufflers.
